PROPOSED CHANGES SUBMITTED FOR PUBLIC COMMENT [Archive]

[Note: Pursuant to Department of Defense Instruction 5500.17, February 17, 2018, the DoD encourages the public to participate in the JSC's review of the MCM and supplementary materials. The below is an archive based upon calendar year.]

-  Calendar Year 2024: The JSC published a notice of availability of proposed amendments to the MCM on July 12, 2024. The proposed amendments are retained on the Federal Register (see link)

- Calendar Year 2023: The JSC published a notice of availability of proposed amendments to the MCM on October 19, 2023. The proposed amendments are retained on the Federal Register (see link).
